Low:  $69/$79 per night -- $479 to $549 for 7 nights

Mid:   $89 per night/$599 for 7 nights

High:  $99 per night/$659 for 7 nights

Peak:  $119 per night/$799 for 7 nights

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 3 Night minimum stay required.
• Easter, 4th of July, Christmas and New Year's have a 5 night minimum stay.
• New Year's has a 2 night minimum stay if Christmas is booked already. Please call us.
• Thanksgiving  has a 3 night minimum stay.
• We welcome shorter stays if other dates already booked prevent the minimum stay requirements stated above, or if you are booking within 30 days of arrival. Please call us for assistance or clarification.
• There is a $80 cleaning fee if your stay is less than 7 nights.
• $250 reservation deposit to hold unit.(non-refundable)
• Balance of rental is due 30 days in advance or upon booking if less than 30 days before check in.
• No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
• Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside property.
• Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 people per bedroom and 2 people on sleeper sofa.
• A refundable security/damage deposit of $300. will be  charged to your credit card prior to check in.
